A journalist turned PR-pro, Kim specializes in media relations, writing and copywriting at Devine + Powers.
She works on a diverse range of accounts – everything from real estate to education – and has done extensive work in the firm’s Tourism division for clients including Gayle and Rae restaurants in Philadelphia, The Inn at Lambertville Station and Lambertville Station Restaurant in New Jersey; and Forty 1º North marina and resort in Newport, Rhode Island.
Kim holds a B.A. in English from Bucknell University, Lewisburg, Pa., and an M.A. in Newspaper, Magazine and On-line Journalism from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, where she was awarded a Communications scholarship in 2005.
To keep up ties with her alma mater, she serves on the board of the Bucknell Club of Philadelphia, where she is responsible for planning young alumni events and community service initiatives. Kim is also a dedicated Friend of Children’s Crisis Treatment Center – a nonprofit organization that provides behavioral health services to Philadelphia’s children and their families. There, she sits on the planning committee for CCTC’s annual ‘Cruise for the Kids’ fundraiser.
