The Experts: Lucy

Lucy MacNichol

Account Executive

As account executive, Lucy’s responsibilities include media relations, writing, research, and event planning.

After living in South Carolina for four years, Lucy brings a mix of southern hospitality and northern drive to her work with D+P’s Travel division clients. She also works with the ProjectsPLUS group, where she focuses on short-term public relations plans tailored to meet each client’s needs.

Previously, Lucy worked for the Rittenhouse Hotel as the Restaurant Sales Manager and Event Coordinator for their acclaimed 4-diamond restaurant, Lacroix at the Rittenhouse, where she planned all of the restaurant’s events and brought in new group business.

Lucy graduated from the College of Charleston in May 2007, where she double-majored in Communication with a concentration in Corporate and Organizational Communications, and French. Her self-proclaimed third major was French wine – while at the College of Charleston, she spent a summer working in a restaurant outside of Lyon, France.
